Overview

Aubrey G. Smith is a Jacksonville attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Smith advises clients on a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, business litigation issues, insurance disputes, and general civil litigation matters.

During law school, Ms. Smith served as vice president of the Florida Moot Court Team and as vice president of the John Marshall Bar Association. She also served as a general editor on the Journal of Law and Public Policy. In addition, Ms. Smith served as a teaching assistant for first-year students in their research courses.

Prior to law school, Ms. Smith was an active leader at Florida State University, serving as vice president of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and vice president of the Order of Omega Honor Society.
