Overview
Richard A. Sparr is a finance and real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Sparr represents financial institutions, business entities and private capital funds in connection with lending and investment transactions. Mr. Sparr also has experience counseling clients on a broad array of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing.
During law school, Mr. Sparr was associate managing editor of the International Law Review Association and served as vice president of SMU's Christian Legal Society.
