Benjamin St. Angelo is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight’s Washington, D.C. office. He practices principally in the areas of business and corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

In his practice, Mr. St. Angelo represents public and private companies in corporate and securities matters, bank regulatory issues and corporate governance matters. He counsels clients on corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, equity and debt financing and securities filings. Mr. St. Angelo also advises clients on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance matters as well as bank regulatory issues before both federal and state agencies.

While in law school, Mr. St. Angelo was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal. During his final year in law school, he worked as a pro bono volunteer for the Bankruptcy Assistance Center run by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.
