Steve Stein represents clients in corporate and intellectual property matters. He has been active in the development and licensing of intellectual property assets for more than 25 years. He also focuses his practice on technology acquisition, strategic alliances, outsourcing, electronic commerce and privacy issues. Mr. Stein has extensive experience in outsourcing and services agreements for both buyers and sellers of information technology services.
