Courtney Kathleen Stone

Courtney Stone assists companies and lenders in distressed situations with preparation and successful completion of Chapter 11 restructurings and sales, as well as out-of-court workouts, debtor-in-possession financing and other default and insolvency-related issues.

Ms. Stone has extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has represented both lenders and debtors in out-of-court restructurings, debt settlements and credit facility compliance matters.

Previously, Ms. Stone gained valuable experience in the Houston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she assisted a number of companies in complex financial restructurings and corporate reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
