Steven R. Szaro is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Szaro focuses his practice on counseling domestic and global clients on an extensive range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, corporate finance, fund formation and securities regulation. He also advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory, disclosure and compliance matters arising from federal securities laws.
In addition, Mr. Szaro has a significant background in the financial industry and advises clients on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules and regulations. He also assists public companies with preparing periodic reports filed with the SEC.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Szaro was an attorney at a global alternative investment management firm.
