Austin Teng focuses his practice on intellectual property, data privacy and other technology matters, with extensive experience in software engineering and computers. Mr. Teng's litigation experience includes patent, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark cybersquatting, breach of contract and fraud matters. Mr. Teng also advises clients on cybersecurity matters, including data breach response. Previously, Mr. Teng prosecuted trademarks and semiconductor, telecommunications and medical device patents and has substantial experience preparing license agreements and non-infringement opinions.
