Overview

Kenneth M. Vesledahl is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office concentrating in corporate finance. He advises financial institutions, capital companies and business credit divisions in connection with their lending transactions. For more than 30 years, Mr. Vesledahl has represented senior lenders. Through that experience, Mr. Vesledahl has gained an extensive understanding of structuring and negotiating complex asset-based credit facilities, including the restructuring and workout of such facilities. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in all types of senior secured lending structures such as first and second lien financings, unitranche lending, revolver-term loan B structures, as well as first-in and last-out revolving loan structures.

Mr. Vesledahl is also well-versed in senior cash flow products, tranche B financings, leverage acquisitions, recapitalizations, secured term lending, debtor-in-possession and exit financing in connection with bankruptcies.

In addition, Mr. Vesledahl counsels senior lenders in the complex intercreditor arrangements that are critical to various types of transactions. For large syndicated facilities, he represents agent banks, co-lenders and participants.
