Madison Walker is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Walker focuses her practice on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Walker was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, Ms. Walker gained experience assisting on various oil and gas, labor and employment, and products liability matters.
While in law school, Ms. Walker interned for a magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas as well as the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas. She also spent a year assisting in the school's Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic, where she helped numerous indigent clients with a wide variety of tax controversies, and sat first chair in a tax court trial. Additionally, Ms. Walker served as the senior articles editor for the Texas A&M Law Review.
Ms. Walker graduated second in her class at Texas A&M University School of Law.
