Meagan B. Willis

Meagan Willis is a member of the Clear Diligence team and helps clients close deals. She combines her legal skill with data management knowledge to assist clients in large transactions. She provides project management, including utilizing technology, data scaling, and thorough review of documentation, to close large deals involving extensive contract and document review.

Skilled with artificial intelligence tools, Ms. Willis has earned several certifications from Kira Systems, including Kira Project Management and Kira Quick Study, in addition to both Westlaw, LexisNexis and Excel Expert (Office 2019) certifications.
