Judge Dismisses OPM Data Breach Lawsuits, Union Appeals

Government Contracts attorney Eric Crusius appeared on "Government Matters" to discuss the dismissal of two lawsuits against the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) over 2015 data breaches caused by cyberattacks. In the interview, Eric said, "A lot of the argument was that there were no damages that they were able to establish," adding that, "With all of the cyber breaches that are happening these days ... it is becoming increasingly difficult to connect a cyber breach and your information being used wrongly."
