Five Holland & Knight Lawyers Named Client Service All-Stars by BTI

MIAMI (February 7, 2017) – Holland & Knight lawyers Michael Abel, Susan Booth, Vito Costanzo, Robert Highsmith and Ben Subin have been named 2017 Client Service All-Stars by The BTI Consulting Group, Inc. Holland & Knight is one of only 16 law firms with five or more attorneys named All-Stars.

The 2017 BTI Client Service All-Stars list features 319 attorneys who have been identified as leaders in superior client service by corporate counsel. BTI based its selections on the following six key factors that it believes drive client service today. Those are:

Michael Abel is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Jacksonville, Fla., office and was chosen in the area of Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Abel is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the representation of both corporate and individual clients in wide ranging business disputes.

Susan Booth is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Los Angeles office and was chosen in the area of Real Estate. She serves as the head of the firm’s West Coast Real Estate Group. Ms. Booth counsels domestic and international commercial banks, pension funds, private equity funds, REITs and developers on a variety of real estate matters.

Vito Costanzo is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and was chosen in the area of Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He has experience in the litigation of software and technology licensing disputes, infringement and misappropriation of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, breach of contract claims, real property rights, partnership disputes, wrongful termination and employment discrimination, as well as trust and estates litigation. This is the second consecutive year Mr. Costanzo has been named a Client Service All-Star, earning him the distinction of MVP.

Robert Highsmith is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Atlanta office and was chosen in the area of Public Policy & Regulation. He is the leader of the firm’s Georgia Government Affairs Team and practices regulatory and administrative law, public policy litigation, government contracting and government relations.

Ben Subin, who is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Orlando and Miami offices, was named in the area of Construction Litigation and Dispute Resolution. His practice focuses on domestic and international construction contracting and federal government contracts, representing contractors, owners and manufacturers on a wide range of industrial, commercial, energy and infrastructure projects. This is the second consecutive year Mr. Subin has been named a Client Service All-Star, earning him the distinction of MVP.

This is the 16th consecutive year that BTI has published its Client Service All-Stars list.
