Holland & Knight Adds International Tax Attorney Eugenio Grageda Núñez in Mexico City

MEXICO CITY (June 20, 2018) – Holland & Knight is continuing its strategic expansion in Mexico City with the addition of international tax attorney Eugenio Grageda Núñez, who joins as senior counsel. He was formerly an associate in White & Case's Mexico City office.

Mr. Grageda focuses his practice on international tax and estate tax planning. He is experienced in dealing with the tax aspects of corporate reorganizations, investment vehicles and financing structures at a domestic and international level. His practice also concentrates in the succession and patrimonial planning of high-net-worth individuals, financial instruments and VAT matters. He has experience working in the tax practices of New York and Mexican law firms, as well as for the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

Mr. Grageda received a law degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico and LL.M. in tax from Georgetown University Law Center. He also has degrees in international taxation from Duke University, Leiden University, Westfälische-Wilhelms-Universität Münster and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He is admitted to practice in Mexico and New York.

Holland & Knight's Mexico City office was established in 2013. It now includes 31 attorneys, including seven partners, primarily focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, REITs, telecommunications, energy, environmental, project finance, litigation, international arbitration and real estate.
