Holland & Knight Adds Private Wealth Services Attorney Monika Jain in New York

NEW YORK (March 28, 2019) – Private wealth services attorney Monika Jain has joined Holland & Knight as a senior counsel in the firm's New York office. She previously practiced at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel in New York.

Ms. Jain advises and represents clients in estate and tax planning, wealth transfer and asset protection, estate and trust administration, contested probate matters and charitable giving. She also advises on and assists in the creation of private charitable foundations and the negotiation and preparation of charitable gift agreements.

Ms. Jain received an LL.M. degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law, a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Colgate University.
