Holland & Knight Represents InfoZen in $180M Sale to ManTech

TYSONS, Va. (September 19, 2017) – Holland & Knight advised InfoZen on the sale of the company to ManTech International Corp. for $180 million in cash. The deal, which was announced on September 18, brings together two major government technology contractors.

InfoZen is a leading IT solutions provider with domain expertise in modernization, agile/DevOps software development, cloud migration, and threat monitoring and assessment capabilities in support of critical national and homeland security missions. The company’s customer presence is primarily within the federal civilian market and it has a long-standing relationship with the Department of Homeland Security and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. InfoZen is headquartered in Bethesda, Md.

Based in Herndon, Va., ManTech International Corp. provides technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs for the intelligence community; the departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs and Justice, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the health and space community; and other U.S. government customers.

The Holland & Knight team advising InfoTech was led by Adam August, a partner in the firm’s Tysons office. Other members of the team included Associates Lauren Benny and Andrew Erickson.
