Huawei Likely To Lose Suit, But PR May Have Been The Goal

The article investigates Huawei's motive behind filing the lawsuit and speaks to the potential security risks of using technology made by foreign companies from the U.S. perspective.
Mr. Crusius states that "If they can connect it to the larger trade war with China that we're in the midst of, perhaps they can argue that this isn't a security concern, but more of a trade concern."
