Partner Matthew Donohue was interviewed by the Portland Business Journal as he was appointed by U.S. District Judge Dan Polster to serve as representation for opioid manufacturers on the national steering committee and negotiating committee. Mr. Donohue discussed how the multidistrict litigation process works as well what will happen if there are no settlements before the September 2019 trial dates.
