The Morning Risk Report: Spotting Slave Labor in Your Supply Chain

Earlier this year, the Obama administration required all companies operating in the U.S. to sign a certification confirming that they abstain from practices involving slavery or forced labor. Attorney William Shepherd explains what signs to look for before signing the certification.

"Many times the person signing that document may not be aware of how deep into their supply chain the company must look for such issues before they can certify, or what may even constitute a problem that needs to be addressed," said Mr. Shepherd.
