  • Customs and Border Protection: represented a produce importer in mitigating a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) penalty from $8 million to less than $100,000
  • GSP Privileges: advised the Republic of Malta on whether it would lose GSP privileges on its exports to the U.S. upon becoming a member of the European Union
  • Import Restrictions: advised a client on U.S. import restrictions, including U.S. quota limits, on textile and apparel products imported into the U.S. from numerous Asian countries
