Overview

Chris Gregores is a Portland business and real estate attorney whose national practice focuses on a wide range of business and real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, lease, financing and development of commercial and residential properties.

As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, Mr. Gregores represents lenders, institutional investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other parties in the documenting and closing of complex transactions involving the acquisition, financing and disposition of office, retail, multifamily, renewable energy, industrial and mixed-use projects. 

In addition, Mr. Gregores focuses much of his practice on leasing and representing a diverse mix of national and regional landlords and tenants in leases and other real property matters across the country.

Mr. Gregores also has extensive experience in the alcohol beverage industry. He has assisted clients with alcohol beverage licensing, and has drafted and negotiated commercial leases for brewery tenants.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he worked for a national real estate brokerage firm, where he was actively engaged in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets in Oregon and Southwest Washington with a focus on income-producing properties.
