Overview

Ross Berger is an Atlanta corporate attorney who focuses his practice on strategic information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) transactions, enterprise resource planning (ERP) licensing, implementation and support, cloud arrangements, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and software as a service (SaaS), procurement of hardware, software and services, technology licensing and commercialization, and other commercial agreements.

Mr. Berger represents companies in a wide range of industries with their technology procurement transactions, including financial services, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare and information technology services.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Berger served as commercial counsel at two companies headquartered in Atlanta, where he drafted, reviewed and negotiated a wide variety of commercial agreements for various business departments. Mr. Berger also previously served as a corporate attorney for a national law firm in its Atlanta office.

While in law school, Mr. Berger served as a research editor for the Florida Law Review.
