35% Reject Simplified Trust Plan

Tax attorney Mario Barrera was interviewed by El Financiero TV on the reason why more than 1 million taxpayers refused to switch to the new tax regime of the Mexico's Tax Administration Service (SAT), the Simplified Trust Regime (RESICO). Mr. Barrera also explained how this affects tax collection and what measures should be taken to encourage taxpayers to transition into the new regime.
