Partners Christine Walz and Paul Bond will be participating in a panel discussion on "ADA Website Litigation & Cybersecurity" while Partner Len Bernstein moderates the webinar. This webinar will cover key legal trends and risks arising out of web content, legal requirements for website accessibility, and tools and resources for evaluating your site's current accessibility.
Ms. Walz and Mr. Bond will provide insights into new privacy and cybersecurity challenges for customer-facing websites and mobile applications such as sensitivity to collection and use of biometric and persistent geolocation information via digital platforms. The panel will also discuss General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) as well as the initiative of 2019 that will move the needle on these issues.
