Holland & Knight is pleased to participate in the D.C. Bar's Annual Real Estate Update on May 31.
June Marshall, co-chair of the Real Estate, Housing and Land Use Community, and senior counsel in the Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia Real Estate Group will be providing opening and closing remarks at the "Off the Record" evening program at the D.C. Bar’s new headquarters.
Shane Dettman, Director of Planning Services and a member of Holland & Knight's Land Use and Government Team, will join other panelists to provide an update on the District's real estate, housing and land use community that will focus on Douglas Development's New City D.C. plans, as well as new case law and legislative information that lawyers ought to know.
