This webinar will examine key antitrust issues impacting government contractors, as well as practical considerations to keep in mind to avoid antitrust exposure.

Discussion topics will include:

  • recent U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on antitrust issues in recruiting and hiring workers, including guidance on nonsolicitation agreements between companies
  • the appropriate use of teaming agreements and limitations on their proper use
  • issues related to rotational bidding and other improper bid-rigging schemes
