Bankruptcy Mediation Workshop

Bankruptcy Partner John Monaghan will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute's Bankruptcy Mediation Workshop for the Suffolk University School of Law. The program will review "The What and the Why of Mediation" as well as the "Fundamentals of Mediation." Mr. Monaghan will provide his insights into how Bankruptcy attorneys can use mediation and will help in role-playing exercises.
