Holland & Knight, the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section (NBA-CLS) and NBA Region XII are pleased to host this dynamic half-day seminar that will provide tips to help you navigate the new normal in consumer protection enforcement.

With the 2018 midterm election upon us, this seminar offers an opportunity for you to hear from, meet and speak with those governmental officials who are decision-makers on policy and investigations and learn how they may navigate the post-election landscape.

Whether it is understanding priorities in consumer protection law, law enforcement investigations or key risk areas for companies – such as privacy – these speakers have the inside knowledge to share that will enable you to stay ahead of the curve.

Attendees also will benefit from a panel discussion addressing important consumer protection issues related to data privacy.
