Attorneys Kathleen Furey, Dayna Hutchins and Kristin DeKuiper will be participating in a panels at the ABA's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Annual Meeting.

Ms. Hutchins will be speaking at the "Capital Accounts and Projections Workshop, Part 1" panel on May 22 at 10:00 - 11:15 a.m. ET. Ms. Hutchins will review a basic set of projections and analyze issues that are important for attorneys to review. The panel will also discuss the timing of credit deliveries and investor rates of return (IRR).

Ms. DeKuiper will be participating in the "Using Opportunity Zone Incentives in LIHTC Transactions" panel on May 22 at 3:45 - 5:00 p.m. ET. Ms. DeKuiper will speak on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) transactions and the possibility for LIHTC projects to incorporate Opportunity Zone benefits to create a more desirable project.

Ms. Furey will be speaking on the process of drafting and reviewing condominium declarations, by-laws and floor plans during the "Condominium Document Drafting and Negotiation in Affordable Housing Transactions" panel on May 24 at 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. ET. The panel will elaborate on how different jurisdictions review condominium forms and 'big picture' items that mortgagees and investors are particularly concerned with.
