Associate Da'Morus Cohen will be a panelist for "Global Social Media: Key Issues and Learning in Mergers, Acquisitions, Contracts & Management" at the 2018 ANA/BAA Marketing Law Conference. Mr. Cohen will be discussing the considerations that clients in the process of a merger or acquisition should take on their social media platforms. Mr. Cohen will highlight the need for confidentiality, SEC compliance and due diligence by all parties involved in the merger and/or acquisition until the deal is closed and released to the public.
