Please join attorneys from Holland & Knight's Labor, Employment and Benefits Group as they kick off their six-part HR Toolkit Series.

In "Part 1: After the Investigation: Effectively Addressing the Impact of Harassment Investigations in the Workplace," Partner Kara Ariail will identify common workplace challenges that arise in the wake of a harassment investigation and provide practical guidance on managing risk and minimizing future complaints.

Topics include:

  • effective implementation and follow-through on corrective actions and institutional changes warranted by investigation findings
  • promoting workplace productivity and rebuilding employee trust after wide-reaching investigations and/or egregious findings
  • addressing the performance issues of an employee who initiated or participated in a harassment investigation
  • self-auditing employment policies and practices to prevent future complaints
