Mr. Donoghue will participate in a panel titled "Intellectual Property in an International Landscape: What’s Your Risk?" The agenda will include the following topics:

  • strategies for dealing with companies abroad that hijack your mark
  • registration of marks in various jurisdictions around the world
  • investigating who has jurisdiction over the internet
  • foreign character marks
