The number of approved planned unit developments (PUDs) being appealed continues to rise in Washington, D.C., with thousands of residential units – including hundreds considered affordable housing and Inclusionary Zoning units – currently the subject of litigation before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. These appeals, as well as other legal challenges, present developers with increasingly complex legal issues in addition to the typical development process.

Join us for a discussion on the D.C. Court of Appeals' recent decisions and how the tide may be turning. We also will provide insight on how developers can navigate the legal uncertainty around PUDs. Breakfast will be provided.
