Please join us for Holland & Knight's fourth annual roundtable to discuss "Doing Business in the Current Economic Climate" with local leaders, developers and lenders.

Holland & Knight is pleased to invite you to our fourth roundtable forum featuring open discussions with cutting-edge panels. This year's event will give insight into how projects are being financed by looking at where the money comes from while providing an overview of new banking regulations. We also will review and assess the recent increase and benefits of joint ventures, as well as take a look at the current state of the Miami market and how student housing and senior living is driving growth in South Florida. These panels will include participation from local leaders, developers and lenders, with a focus on interactive discussions aimed at answering key questions for the region.
