DOJ, House Intel Return to Norms, Compromise on Redacted Mueller Report Materials

Roll Call

Public Policy & Regulation attorneys Tom Davis and Chris Armstrong were quoted in a Roll Call article which discusses new counterintelligence information provided to accompany the Mueller report. This is an example of cooperation of congressional information sharing between parties.

As a veteran congressional investigator, Mr. Armstrong confirms that "This is the way disputes between Congress and the Executive Branch have historically been resolved - through negotiation and compromise."

Mr. Davis also adds that "You’ve got to go through the dance first to see where public opinion lies, feel out where the other side is willing to compromise."
