Departing Members of Congress Lobby For New Jobs

Public Policy & Regulation Group Leader Rich Gold discussed with Marketplace how exiting Congress members are starting to look for new positions. According to Mr. Gold, departing members of Congress are not supposed to start job hunting until they have officially left office. However, this has not stopped individuals looking for potential lobbying work from approaching him or others in restaurants or leaving voicemails.
