Holland & Knight Expands New York Real Estate Practice with Six-Lawyer Team
NEW YORK (February 25, 2019) – A group of six attorneys who focus on commercial real estate leasing have joined Holland & Knight's New York office. The team includes Partners Noah Shapiro, Russ Rabinovich and Lauren Margiano, Senior Counsel Siobhan Green, and Associates Abigail Pugliese and Jennifer Haberman. All previously practiced at Haynes and Boone in New York.
The group represents both landlords and tenants in all aspects of their retail, office and restaurant lease negotiations. They are routinely involved in the largest and most high-profile leasing transactions that take place each year in New York City. Their clients include many of the major players in the real estate industry, including SL Green Realty Corp., L&L Holding Company, Brookfield Office Properties and Fisher Brothers.
