Holland & Knight Advises Fibra UNO on $700 Million Offering

MEXICO CITY (Oct. 18, 2017) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO (FUNO11.MX) in its US$700 million follow-on equity offering, the fourth international issuance by the company since its IPO in 2011. The issuance was finalized on Oct. 4.

Santander, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC, BTG Pactual, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank acted as underwriters.

The team at Holland & Knight has advised Fibra UNO, a prominent Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT), on all of its major finance transactions since 2011.

The team was led by Mexico-based Partner Guillermo Uribe Lara and included Associates Adrian Gay Lasa, Jorge Gonzalez, Mirna Ordaz, Santiago Soldevilla and Alonso Ramirez.
