Holland & Knight Expands Structured Finance Team with Addition of Three Attorneys in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES (February 2, 2015) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that finance attorneys Brian Daigle, Ronald Goldberg and Warren Biro have joined the firm's Los Angles office. The team, who previously were with Akin Gump, will be integrated into Holland & Knight's national Structured Finance and Aircraft Finance teams. Mr. Daigle has joined as a partner, Mr. Goldberg as of counsel and Mr. Biro as an associate.

Mr. Daigle practices in the area of global finance, working primarily on secured and unsecured lending transactions. He frequently works with aircraft lessors and airlines on complex transactions. He also has experience representing major U.S. and offshore investment funds.

Mr. Goldberg has extensive experience in all aspects of transactional banking, finance, leasing and derivatives. His practice is focused on hedge, private equity and distressed debt investment funds; foreign banks engaged in business in the U.S.; U.S. banks and financial institutions; sophisticated international borrowers; and airlines and leasing companies involved in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
