Holland & Knight Represents Fibra HD on $38 Million Debt Issuance

MEXICO CITY (May 23, 2018) – A team from Holland & Knight's Mexico City office represented Fibra HD (FIBRHD.MX) in its successful debt issuance of MX$700 million (US$38 million) under its long-term placement program. The issuance took place on May 18.
Actinver acted as underwriter of the issuance.
Fibra HD is a Mexican real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, owns and operates real estate properties, including industrial, commercial, office and university properties.
Partner Guillermo Uribe Lara, Senior Counsel Adrian Gay Lasa and Associate Jorge Gonzalez Carlini advised Fibra HD on the offering.
