Holland & Knight Represents Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley in Healthcare Private Equity Deal

MIAMI (January 30, 2019) – Holland & Knight represented Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley (RAFV) in its sale to Premier Imaging Holdings LLC and Premier Imaging LLC, portfolio companies of Excellere Partners. The transaction, which was finalized on January 2, included a pre-closing restructuring to address corporate practice of medicine issues in Wisconsin.

RAFV, based in Neenah, Wis., is a physician practice providing comprehensive radiology services to hospitals, health centers and patients. Specifically, RAFV provides high-quality musculoskeletal imaging, women's imaging, vascular and interventional radiology, neurointerventional radiology, body imaging and emergency radiology services across Wisconsin. The sale will provide RAFV with resources that will allow it to continue to deliver world-class care to patients.

Excellere Partners is a healthcare industry-focused private equity firm based in Denver.
