White House Still Filling Agency Ranks For Indian Country

In a Law360 article providing updates on the Trump Administration's progress filling crucial federal roles that serve Native American tribes and their members, Partner Philip Baker-Shenk shared his insight into the processes involved.

"There's a backlog of federal Indian policy matters that require a legal way in from the Department of the Interior's legal office," said Baker-Shenk. "A lot of folks in that office can't advance those to decision because they're missing their solicitor."
