Direct Examination and the Friendly Witness

Lawyers have to make sure that direct examination goes the way that they want it to. It is important to prepare your witness, understand that mistakes may happen in the courtroom and reminding the witness to vary the pace during testimonies. While preparing your witness, make sure that their testimony is given piece by piece and that it is clear and effective.
