Scott D. Ponce practices in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class action litigation, and media law. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ponce served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Edward B. Davis, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
