Tom is a Partner in the Business Law Section in the Chicago office of Holland & Knight. Mr. Kinasz concentrates his practice on counseling organizations, individuals and businesses on a wide range of federal and state taxation issues, including income tax planning, wealth conservation, executive compensation and charitable giving. Mr. Kinasz is frequently involved in the negotiation, planning and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and reorganizations of various types of business entities.
