Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Hospitality Industry

Hotels & Resorts Partner Jim Norman will speak at Florida International University on "Alternative Resolution of Hospitality Industry Disputes."

The program will be presented to the graduate class on hotel asset management at the university and will include a mediation of a typical dispute between a hotel owner and an operator. Hotels & Resorts associates Allison McCarthy and Geneve Dubois will act as attorneys for the parties and students will act as the clients in a role playing scenario similar to the type used in the training of mediators.
