Title IX and the SaVE Act: Compliance, 'Due Process', Investigation and Prevention of Sexual Misconduct; Employment Law Litigation Update

Education and Labor, Employment and Benefits Partner Miriam McKendall is the honorary co-chair of the Stetson University College of Law Annual National Conference on Law and Higher Education and will speak on two panels at the conference.

Ms. McKendall's first panel, "Title IX and the SaVE Act: Compliance, 'Due Process', Investigation and Prevention of Sexual Misconduct," will address where to focus efforts on Title IX compliance and sexual misconduct prevention. Panelists will discuss compliance, prevention efforts and institutional assessment.

Ms. McKendall will also speak on a panel titled "Employment Law Litigation Update."
