Sonja Strnad, senior counsel in the Litigation Group, will speak at the ABA Section of Litigation Annual CLE Conference on a panel titled "Plunder or Blunder: E-Discovery in the Age of Social Media – Mining for Gold and Dodging the Silver Bullet."

Ms. Strnad will discuss social media advantages and pitfalls that litigators should be aware of, from preservation through trial, emphasizing strategies for managing social media in the context of the ever-developing maze of e-discovery rules, as well as admissibility of social media at trial, and managing its use in jury.
