Attorney Michael Karlin will co-present a session titled "Foreign Financial Assets: You Can Run, But You Cannot Hide" at the USC Gould School of Law 2015 Tax Institute. The presentation will discuss the enforcement environment, foreign accounts and assets, options for taxpayers with undisclosed foreign financial accounts and assets and included a historic Voluntary Disclosure overview for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
