Attorney Michael Karlin will co-present a session titled "In, Out and Sometimes Upside Down: Choice of Entity in Cross-Border Transactions" at the STEP Wyoming International Estate Planning Conference. The presentation will examine inbound and outbound investment in operating businesses and real estate from the point of view of private investors – individuals, families, closely held businesses – and focused on structures and choice of entity in light of the 2017 tax legislation.
