Boomtowns, Brownfields and Superfund Site Redevelopment

Environmental Law Partner Amy Edwards will join a panel at the American Bar Association's Virtual SEER 28th Fall Conference for a session titled "Boomtowns, Brownfields and Superfund Site Redevelopment." The panelists will discuss Opportunity Zone financing and new EPA and industry guidelines, share case studies and provide their insights on the latest site remediation and development challenges. Attendees will gain knowledge that will help them assist clients, and learn about current brownfields developments and what changes may be on the horizon.
